AT-FACTOR III

AT-FACTOR III cream is supplied in a 20ml clicker to allow exact dosing of cream.

1-10 clicks per dose depending on one’s sensitivity, 40 doses per clicker.

AT-Factor III cream contains a proprietary blend of Anti-Tubulin Compounds in a compounding quality transdermal base cream.

Ingredients: water, isopropyl palmitate, lecithin, carbomer, ethanol, potassium chloride, amino-2-methyl-2-propanol-1, vitamin E acetate, 4.3 grams proprietary blend of Anti-Tubulin Compounds.

Compounding transdermal base

Our Transdermal case is an organic gel made from lecithin. It has been formulated to have cosmetic properties, being non-greasy and having improved skin penetration of incorporated active ingredients. After application to the skin, it rapidly disappears leaving no residue. It has been widely accepted as a superior vehicle for delivering drugs across the skin barrier where high local concentrations of drug are obtained from small, applied doses. It also allows cream to penetrate the skin reaching the general circulation when desired, making the topical route possible.

The following actions may have been shown in studies:

·       p53 stabilization, ability to induce p53 to a considerably high level

·       Causes mitotic arrest followed by cancer cell death

·       Interference with glucose metabolism in abnormal cells

·       Multiple mechanisms that induced elimination of abnormal cells both in vitro and in vivo.

·       Reduced glucose uptake in abnormal cells due to down regulation of GLUT transporters and key glycolytic enzymes.

·       Anti-inflammatory

·       Anti-bacterial

·       Anti-parasitic

·       Anti-retroviral

·       Angiogenesis inhibitor

·       Inhibits the activation of NFkappaB

·       Decreases the production of tumor necrosis factor alpha, IL-6, IL-8, PGE2.

·       Activation of T-cells, B-cells, macrophages, neutrophils, natural killer cells and dendritic cells

·       Increased the level of interferon-γ (IFN-γ)

·       Anti-neoplastic

·       Proteasome inhibition

·       Anti-proliferative

·       Modulation of genes involved in multiple cellular pathway

·       very low degree of toxicity

Another mechanism of action is through the inhibition of glucose uptake, oxidative phosphorylation, and anaerobic metabolism in the target cells. These anticancer effects of have been revealed in many human cancer cells, including adrenocortical carcinoma, breast, colorectal and cervical cancer, glioblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, head and neck and lung cancer, leukemia, nasopharyngeal cancer, osteosarcoma, oral squamous cell carcinoma, ovarian, prostate, renal and thyroid cancer. In vitro, this drug can also induce apoptosis in cancer cells. Furthermore, it can exert its anticancer activity by suppressing several oncogenic signaling pathways concurrently.

Recent Research shows strong ties to one group of genes in particular: those that make up a well-known signaling pathway called WNT, which also has strong links to cancer. This pathway is especially interesting because some people with autism carry mutations in various members of it, including one of its central players: beta-catenin. Recent research indicates that several of the strongest autism candidate genes, including CHD8 and PTEN, interact with this pathway.

There might be a particular subgroup of genes associated with autism that could all be feeding into or be regulating this pathway.

The connection between cancer and some autism is over-activated pro-growth signaling pathways. Many signaling pathways have growth at one extreme and cell death at the other. In cancer you actually want cell death to suppress tumor growth; in much autism there is also too much growth.

Many cancers are associated with elevated signaling of mTOR, Wnt and indeed Hedgehog.  These are targets for cancer drug therapy and so there is already a great deal known.

HOW TO USE AT-FACTOR III

Our formulations include a transdermal cream that can be applied to alternating thin skin areas such as arms and wrists. However, it is important to rotate sites for better compliance of the drug. The cream can also be directly applied to tumor area if appropriate.

·       It is very important for the cream to be applied to freshly washed, clean and dry skin.

·       Cream must be rubbed in until completely absorbed.

The Anti-Tubulin Compounds in this transdermal cream, when used by the patients will be systemically absorbed and will readily work on the diseased cells directly. In contrast to the oral formulations of the same drug, if given will not be as readily absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract as it would be topically. Research show that oral intake of these Anti-Tubulin Compounds shows very low absorption levels with only very limited levels showing up in blood testing. This has been a huge hurdle, as oral intake large enough for results have in the past caused many side effects. These side effects are avoided using a pharmaceutical grade transdermal cream allowing over 80% of the active ingredients to reach systemic circulation in the body. This allows for a lower dose to be more effective.

No other product on the market contains these ingredients in combination to target a wider range of pathways that are beneficially modified with the use of AT-FACTOR III.
